ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Dear Customer, EU Regulation 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers amends previous legislation by introducing the obligation to communicate the presence of allergens, including in dishes served in restaurants, and not just in food for sale.

The following substances are considered allergens and are monitored for their possible presence in prepared foods. They are listed in full to make them easier for users to understand:

7. Latte macchiato
8. Tree nuts

11. Sesame seeds
12. Sulfur dioxide and sulfites
