ALLERGEN INFORMATION

Dear Customer, EU Regulation 1169/2011, on the provision of food information to consumers, amends a previous legislation on the matter, introducing the Obligation to Communicate the Presence of Allergens also in the case of served dishes and not only for foods on sale.

The following substances are considered allergenic and are therefore monitored for their possible presence in prepared foods. They are listed in full to allow for easier understanding by the user:

6. SOYBEAN
7. Latte
8. Nuts
9. Celery
10. Mustard
11. Sesame seeds
12. Sulfur dioxide and sulphites
13. Shells
14. Molluscs
